I'm happy with David's services. He fixed a leak in the kitchen that required a kitchen faucet replacement and a valve replacement. It was a good, clean job and fairly priced. He was available over a few days and at different times which made it a pleasant experience. There were also some constraints with the condo building and he dealt with the property manager and explained his fix. I was happy with his work and I highly recommend his services.

Having read the glowing reviews of Baptiste Plumbing, I contacted David. Knowing next to nothing about plumbing, I was leery as to how this might go. My brother is a licensed plumber. Before calling Baptiste Plumbing, I had talked with my brother. He diagnosed the problem over the phone; told me how he would deal with it and what the cost would be if his company were to do a service call. When I contacted David, he told me an approximate time that he would arrive and; called again to confirm the time as he was en route. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained both the problem to me and the way he would fix it ( I like to feel informed). He provided me with a quote which was in keeping with that which my brother's company would have charged). Knowing what my brother had told me, I felt confident in both what David had explained and his cost. He went to work. He let me watch and he explained what he was doing and the reasons for it (I appreciated he showing me so I could understand). He was clear in his explanation; he was efficient and he was fair in his pricing. I found him to be very professional and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call him when I need assistance again and; I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Honestly, having our toilet stop working last night in a one-bathroom home with two adults and two children was the last thing we needed.
